Financial Policy and Insurance

Just a quick note about how we process your insurance at our practice.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, credit cards and Apple Pay. 

We accept most PPO insurances as an out of network provider.  As a courtesy, we will submit claims on our patient’s behalf and fees for all visits are collected at the time of service.  Questions about your coverage should be directed to your insurance company.
